Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions for PostPost, a service operated by Riccardo Vanorio LLC (“PostPost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By beginning a free trial or purchasing a PostPost subscription, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

PostPost currently offers the following automatically renewing subscription options:

  • Monthly subscription: $25 per month
  • Annual subscription: $240 per year

Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to the subscription price.

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. PostPost does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

2. Seven-Day Free Trial

Eligible new users may receive a seven-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your selected monthly or annual subscription will automatically begin at the end of the seven-day trial, and Stripe will charge the payment method provided during registration.

The date and time shown in your PostPost billing area or Stripe checkout information determine when your trial ends.

Free-trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per user, payment method, or connected social-media account. Users who are not eligible for another free trial may still purchase a paid subscription.

3. Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel at any time before your seven-day trial expires.

If you cancel before the end of the trial:

  • You will not be charged the first subscription payment.
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew.
  • You may continue using PostPost until the displayed trial expiration date.
  • Your access will end when the trial period expires.

Canceling a trial does not extend or restart the trial period.

4. Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, and annual subscriptions automatically renew each year, unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription payment until the subscription is canceled.

Your current subscription status, renewal date, and access-end date are displayed in your PostPost billing area or Stripe Customer Portal.

5. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription through the billing-management option available inside your PostPost account. This option opens the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can review and manage your subscription.

Canceling prevents future automatic renewals. Unless you select or request immediate deactivation, your PostPost access will generally continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

You may also request assistance through the contact email displayed on the PostPost website. To avoid an upcoming charge, cancellation should be completed before the displayed renewal date.

Deleting the PostPost application, disconnecting a social-media account, or stopping use of the service does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.

6. Access After Cancellation

When a monthly or annual subscription is canceled at the end of its billing period:

  • No additional renewal payment will be collected.
  • Access normally continues through the end of the already-paid subscription period.
  • Posting and scheduling remain available while the account retains active access.
  • Access ends on the date displayed in the account’s billing area.
  • Posts scheduled for publication after the access-end date will not be published and may be removed from the scheduling system.

Users should download or retain copies of any information they wish to preserve before their access expires.

7. Immediate Deactivation

If you request or select immediate deactivation:

  • Access to PostPost may end immediately.
  • Pending and future scheduled posts may be canceled or removed.
  • Immediate deactivation does not ordinarily create a right to a refund or account credit.

Immediate deactivation is different from turning off automatic renewal while retaining access through the end of the current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, subscription payments are nonrefundable.

PostPost does not ordinarily provide refunds or prorated credits for:

  • Partially used monthly or annual subscription periods
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Accidental renewal
  • Lack of use
  • Disconnected social-media accounts
  • A destination platform changing, limiting, suspending, or discontinuing its API or publishing functionality
  • A user’s social-media account being restricted, suspended, or made ineligible by the destination platform
  • Immediate account deactivation requested by the user
  • Features or integrations identified as “Coming Soon,” “Pending Approval,” “Beta,” or otherwise unavailable

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not reverse a charge that has already been completed.

9. Billing Errors and Exceptional Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged after a timely cancellation, contact us promptly through the email address displayed on the PostPost website.

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your PostPost account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • The relevant Stripe receipt or invoice number, if available

We will investigate reported billing errors. If we determine that a charge resulted from a processing error or other mistake by PostPost, we may issue a full or partial refund through the original payment method.

Any refund outside a confirmed billing error is issued at the sole discretion of Riccardo Vanorio LLC, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Issuing a refund in one instance does not create an obligation to issue refunds in other circumstances.

10. Failed or Declined Payments

If a subscription payment fails or is declined:

  • PostPost may pause publishing and scheduling functionality.
  • Scheduled posts may remain paused and may not be published.
  • Stripe may attempt to collect the payment again.
  • You may be asked to update your payment method.
  • Access may be restricted or terminated if payment is not successfully completed.

Restoring the payment method does not guarantee that a missed scheduled post will be published automatically.

11. Destination-Platform Availability

PostPost connects with independent third-party platforms. Those platforms may impose account-type requirements, permissions, publishing limits, review requirements, temporary outages, API restrictions, or other conditions beyond PostPost’s control.

The inability to connect or publish to one particular destination does not automatically entitle a user to a refund when the PostPost service and other advertised functionality remain available.

Platforms or features identified as “Coming Soon,” “Pending Approval,” or “Beta” are not guaranteed to become available by a particular date.

12. Complimentary, Beta, and Test Accounts

Complimentary, beta, administrative, and test accounts may be governed by separate access conditions and may not involve Stripe billing.

These accounts:

  • Are not entitled to cash refunds for access provided without charge.
  • May have an administrator-defined expiration date.
  • May be modified, limited, or discontinued according to the conditions communicated when access is provided.
  • Do not automatically create eligibility for a separate seven-day free trial.

13. Account Termination

PostPost may suspend or terminate an account for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, violation of the Terms of Service, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of PostPost or connected platforms.

Refund eligibility following a suspension or termination will be determined under this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted on the PostPost website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Subscription terms already paid for will not be materially changed retroactively without appropriate notice.
