On which Social Media Platforms can I send my content?

PostPost allows connections to Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok.

Why can’t PostPost publish on Facebook personal profiles?

Currently Meta doesn’t allow content to be published on Facebook personal profiles through external services.

I have 6 pages in my Facebook account, can I publish on all of them?

Yes, you can connect and use one, several or all the pages that you own or manage inside Facebook.

Why can’t I schedule over 14 days?

PostPost is designed for simple, short-term content planning. Every active PostPost account includes unlimited scheduled posts within a 14-day scheduling window.

How many social media accounts can I connect?

Each subscription supports one connected account per platform. A connected Facebook account may include multiple Facebook Pages that you own or manage.

What happens if I cancel during my free trial?

If you cancel before the end of your 7-day free trial, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged. You may continue using PostPost through the end of the trial.

My content failed to publish. Why?

Publishing may fail if a social media authorization expired, the platform was temporarily unavailable, the connected account lacked permission, or the content did not meet that platform’s requirements.
Check PostPost History for the result. If it reports an expired authorization, open Connect Accounts and reconnect the affected platform.

What happens if I cancel a monthly or annual subscription?

Canceling turns off automatic renewal. You may continue using PostPost through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A monthly subscription remains available through the end of the paid month, and an annual subscription remains available through the end of the paid year.

Can I receive a refund after my subscription payment has been processed?

Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable. PostPost does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after a monthly or annual billing period has begun, except where required by law or when PostPost determines that a billing error occurred.

What happens if I deactivate my account immediately?

Immediate deactivation ends your access at once and permanently deletes future scheduled posts and their stored uploads. Deactivation does not provide a refund or prorated credit for unused subscription time, except where required by law.

How do I get started?

Register through the PostPost app, choose monthly or annual billing, and begin your card-required seven-day free trial. After verifying your email, connect your social accounts and create your first post.

Is it possible to connect PostPost with other services like content generators?

Not at this time.
If there can be an option in the future, we don’t know now.

Do I have to send my content to all the connected platforms?

No. You are not required to send your content to all the platform. The composer inside the app will let you choose where to publish.

What types of content can I publish?

PostPost supports text, images, and videos. Available content types vary by destination because some social media platforms do not accept every type of content through their publishing systems.

What kind of Instagram account can I connect?

PostPost supports Instagram Business accounts that meet Meta’s connection and publishing requirements. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.

Why might one of my posts fail?

A post may fail because an authorization expired, the platform rejected the content, the file did not meet its requirements, the account lacked permission, or the platform experienced a temporary problem. Check PostPost History for the result and reconnect the affected account if necessary.

Does PostPost guarantee that every selected platform will publish my content?

No. PostPost sends your content to the destinations you select, but each independent platform makes the final decision based on its availability, permissions, account status, file requirements, and content rules.

Does PostPost need my social media passwords?

No. Supported platforms use their own secure authorization process. You sign in directly with the social media platform, and PostPost does not ask you to provide your social media passwords.

Does a Facebook Page post automatically appear on my personal profile?

No. Facebook does not automatically share a Page post to your personal profile when it is published through PostPost. You can share the published Page post manually from Facebook.

Can I receive more than one free trial?

No. Free-trial eligibility may be limited by the person, payment method, PostPost account, or connected social accounts. Registering with another email address does not guarantee another free trial.

Can I disconnect a social media account?

Yes. You can remove connected accounts from the Connect Accounts section. Disconnecting an account from PostPost does not delete content that was already published on that platform.

Does PostPost control how my content appears after publishing?

No. Each social media platform controls how it displays, crops, compresses, classifies, recommends, or distributes content. For example, YouTube determines whether an uploaded video appears as a Short.

Are all file types and sizes supported?

No. File formats, dimensions, duration, resolution, and file-size limits depend on the selected destinations. A file accepted by one platform may not meet another platform’s requirements.

Is Google Business Profile available?

Not yet. Google Business Profile is planned as a future PostPost destination and is currently marked “Coming soon”.

Will I ever need to reconnect my social media accounts?

Possibly. PostPost automatically refreshes supported authorizations when the platform allows it, but social media platforms may still expire or revoke a connection because of inactivity, password or security changes, removed permissions, account changes, or their own policies.
If a connection expires, PostPost may be unable to publish to that destination until you reconnect it. Check your PostPost History for publishing results and periodically review the Connect Accounts page.
